We want your family to feel informed before enrolling. This guide explains how our programs work, what your enrollment includes, and the responsibilities shared by TEACH Summit and your family.
This page summarizes our Terms of Service, Enrollment Agreement, and Privacy Policy. It does not replace those documents. If there is a difference, the full agreements apply. Please review the agreements and the program details provided at checkout before completing your enrollment.
TEACH Athlete provides academic courses through recorded video instruction and supporting learning materials.
TEACH Athlete provides academic instruction only. Athletic coaching, physical training, medical evaluation, and athletic eligibility certification are not included. Families are responsible for confirming whether a course meets the requirements of the NCAA, NAIA, or any other organization relevant to their student.
TEACH At Home is being developed to support home-education families and co-ops. It will have its own course offerings, instructors, program structure, and pricing, separate from TEACH Athlete.
Complete program details will be available before enrollment opens.
The adult who creates the account and purchases enrollment—typically a parent or guardian—is the Account Holder and is financially responsible for the purchase.
Your enrollment order and the applicable Pricing Schedule explain your tuition, fees, course access period, and any available payment arrangements. Your purchase price will not change during that access period. Renewals and future purchases are subject to the pricing published at that time.
Please review the refund and cancellation policy provided with your enrollment order. Downloading, screen-recording, or copying course content voids refund eligibility under the enrollment terms.
Any available installment plans, payment deadlines, grace periods, or late fees will be disclosed before purchase.
Your student receives access to the courses purchased for the access period stated at enrollment.
TEACH may update course materials, change instructors, or discontinue a course for future purchases. Students already enrolled will retain access through their stated access period, with consistent course quality and substance, subject to the enrollment terms.
Your purchase includes only the courses and access period identified in your order. Future additions or changes to a program’s catalog do not automatically become part of an existing purchase. TEACH Athlete’s catalog is intended to remain fixed, while TEACH At Home’s catalog is expected to expand over time.
Official information about course availability, refunds, and instructor changes comes from TEACH Summit. Individual instructors cannot change enrollment terms or make commitments on the company’s behalf.
Removal for serious misconduct or safety concerns does not automatically qualify a family for a refund.
Courses follow the grading standards or rubrics described in their materials.
TEACH Summit is not an accredited school. Parents and guardians remain responsible for their student’s official transcript and for determining how courses are recorded and credited within their home-education program.
Acceptance of a course for credit, admission, or athletic eligibility is determined by the receiving school, college, agency, or athletic organization. TEACH cannot guarantee acceptance.
Course content is developed and presented in accordance with TEACH’s Statement of Faith.
Families are welcome to enroll without personally affirming that statement. We ask families to understand the biblical worldview that guides our instruction.
Students are expected to complete their work honestly and communicate respectfully with instructors and staff.
Academic dishonesty may result in required resubmission, a failing grade, or removal from a course, as described in the enrollment terms.
Families are responsible for providing a suitable device, reliable internet access, and any software required for their courses. Please review TEACH’s published technology requirements before enrolling.
TEACH will not use your student’s name, photograph, video image, or schoolwork in marketing or promotional materials without separate written permission.
You may decline or withdraw that permission without affecting your student’s enrollment.
Student work may still be used internally for grading, academic recordkeeping, and course-quality review.
TEACH uses a parent-controlled account model. The parent or guardian creates the account, accepts the agreements, and supervises the student’s use of the services.
We do not sell your family’s personal information or use your student’s data to target advertising at them.
You may contact Customer Support to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your student’s information, subject to applicable record-retention requirements.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and how service providers—including payment processors and hosting providers—help us operate our programs.
TEACH provides educational resources but cannot promise specific academic results, college admission, athletic eligibility, or financial outcomes. Services are provided as described in the agreements and are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
The full agreements explain warranty disclaimers, limits on TEACH’s financial responsibility, and circumstances in which families may be responsible for reasonable legal costs arising from violations of the agreements or the law. These provisions include applicable exceptions and limitations.
Families remain responsible for their student’s health, safety, and supervision while using the services.
If a concern arises, please contact Customer Support so we can work toward a resolution.
The agreements provide for at least 30 days of informal resolution efforts before either party files a claim. They also explain the application of Florida law and the designated courts in the Florida county where TEACH’s principal office is located.
Enrollment agreements may be reviewed and accepted electronically. Your electronic acceptance serves as your signature under the agreements.
