TEACH SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by TEACH and TEACH Summit LLC (“TEACH,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By providing your mobile phone number and voluntarily opting in to the TEACH text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring SMS and/or MMS messages from TEACH.

Messages may include:

• Class and program information
• Registration and enrollment updates
• Schedule changes
• Campus announcements
• Event information and reminders
• Student and family communications
• Account or registration notifications
• New TEACH programs, services, classes, and opportunities
• Promotional or informational TEACH communications

Message frequency varies.

By opting in, you authorize TEACH and its service providers to send text messages to the mobile number you provide.

Consent to receive promotional or marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing, registering for, or participating in a TEACH product, class, program, or service.

You may decline SMS communications and still complete your registration or purchase.

Message and data rates may apply.

Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging, data, and other applicable rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time.

You may also use commonly recognized opt-out keywords such as:

STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

After you submit an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

You will not receive additional messages from that messaging program unless you later opt in again.

If you change, transfer, or discontinue your mobile phone number, please update the contact information associated with your TEACH account or registration so that future communications are sent to the correct person.

Message delivery is subject to the availability and reliability of wireless networks and other communications providers.

TEACH respects your privacy.

We do not sell your personal information.

Mobile information, including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate TEACH’s messaging and technology services. Those providers may use the information only to provide services on behalf of TEACH and not for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

By enrolling in the TEACH text messaging program, you represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or that you have authorization to enroll that mobile number.

TEACH may modify these SMS Terms & Conditions periodically.

Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued participation in the TEACH text messaging program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
